The fish processing company GAMMA-A Ltd operates in the territory of the Freeport of Riga.
The company specializes in the production of high-quality canned fish.
For the preparation of canned fish GAMMA-A Ltd uses only cooled fresh and frozen fish of a particularly high quality. We produce the canned fish from natural products of the Baltic Sea - sprats, Baltic herring, smelt, cod and flounder, as well as from the Atlantic - mackerel, sardine, herring and pilchard.
Now the line includes the following kinds of sterilized canned fish:
- Fish in oil;
- Smoked fish in oil;
- Fish in its own juice or with oil garnish;
- Fish in tomato sauce;
- Smoked fish in tomato sauce.
The company produces up to 100 kinds of canned fish preserves; it is additionally working toward expanding the assortment of fish products.
The long-term experience and the constant supervision of the production process, which is executed by our production specialists, enable us to obtain qualitative end products that have a high nutritional value.
Today, Gamma-A Ltd production volumes total up to 6 millions of canned fish per month.
The excellent qualities of taste of the products, the production traditions and experience provide the company a stable place in the markets of many states.
The company currently employs approximately 760 people.
